1. Ponctualité

Je vous prie de bien vouloir arriver à l'heure pour vos rendez-vous prévus. En cas de retard dépassant 15 minutes, je me réserve le droit de refuser d'effectuer le traitement.

2. Responsabilité

Je ne prends pas la responsabilité de l'état des ongles du client. Le traitement est effectué sous la responsabilité du client, qui accepte volontairement son exécution.

3. Décorations

Les décorations sont facturées séparément et peuvent prolonger la durée du traitement. Veuillez convenir de tous les détails concernant les décorations avant la visite. Sinon, je me réserve le droit de refuser d'effectuer les décorations.

4. Annulation de rendez-vous

Vous avez le droit d'annuler votre rendez-vous au plus tard 2 jours avant la date prévue. Si vous annulez le rendez-vous plus tard, des frais de 50 % de la valeur du service seront facturés.

5. Consentement au traitement

En décidant de suivre le traitement et en prenant rendez-vous, le client exprime son plein consentement à son exécution et accepte toutes les conditions générales.

6. Modifications des Conditions Générales

Je me réserve le droit de modifier les Conditions Générales. Toute modification sera publiée sur mon site internet.

1. Punctuality

I kindly ask you to arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. In case of a delay exceeding15 minutes, I reserve the right to refuse to perform the treatment.

2. Responsibility

I do not take responsibility for the condition of the client's nails. The treatment is performed at the client's own responsibility, who voluntarily agrees to its execution.

3. Decorations

Decorations are counted separately and can extend the duration of the treatment. Please agree on all the details regarding decorations before the visit. Otherwise, I reserve the right to refuse to perform the decoration.

4. Appointment cancellation

You have the right to cancel your appointment no later than 2 days before the scheduled date. If you cancel the appointment later, a cost of 50% of the value of the given treatment will be charged.

5. Consent to the treatment

By deciding on the treatment and scheduling an appointment, the client expresses full consent to its execution and accepts all terms and conditions.

6. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

I reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be published on my website.

Uprzejmie proszę o punktualne przybycie na umówione wizyty. W przypadku spóźnienia przekraczającego 15 minut, zastrzegam sobie prawo do odmowy wykonania zabiegu.

2. Odpowiedzialność

Nie ponoszę odpowiedzialności za stan paznokci klienta. Zabieg wykonywany jest na własną odpowiedzialność klienta, który dobrowolnie wyraża zgodę na jego wykonanie.

3. Ozdoby

Ozdoby są liczone osobno i mogą wydłużyć czas trwania zabiegu. Proszę o ustalenie wszystkich szczegółów dotyczących ozdób przed wizytą. W przeciwnym razie zastrzegam sobie prawo do odmowy wykonania ozdób.

4. Anulowanie wizyty

Masz prawo do anulowania wizyty nie później niż 2 dni przed zaplanowaną datą. Jeśli anulujesz wizytę później, zostanie naliczona opłata w wysokości 50% wartości danej usługi.

5. Zgoda na zabieg

Decydując się na zabieg i umawiając wizytę, klient wyraża pełną zgodę na jego wykonanie i akceptuje wszystkie warunki regulaminu.

6. Zmiany w Regulaminie

Zastrzegam sobie prawo do wprowadzania zmian w Regulaminie. Wszelkie zmiany będą publikowane na mojej stronie internetowej.
